How to Install (In 10 Seconds)
Peel the liners off the two adhesive tabs on the base. Press the Switch Mate onto your switch plate, holding for five seconds. That's it. No tools, no drilling, no electrician, and nothing touches your wall.
To remove, peel away slowly from one side. The tabs lift cleanly off the switch plate and the Switch Mate can be repositioned or moved to another room. Replacement tabs are available at any hardware shop or supermarket.
Will It Fit?
Switch Mates grip the raised sides of your switch, so the only thing that matters is depth, not brand. If your switch has a side profile deeper than 12mm, it'll fit. Most standard Australian switches do.
The quickest check: look at your switch side-on. If it sits proudly off the wall with a raised straight edge over 12mm, you're good. If it's sleek, angled and or sits almost flat, it's too thin.
Not suitable for angled-profile or slimline switches, including Clipsal Iconic slimline, Clipsal Pro and Hager Allure.

Material Quality
3D printed in matte white PETG, then hand-sanded and finished by us on Russell Island, Queensland.
We use PETG rather than the cheaper PLA most 3D-printed decor is made from, because PETG holds its shape at far higher temperatures. PLA begins softening around 60°C, which a sunny wall can reach. PETG stays stable well beyond that, so your Switch Mate won't sag or lose detail through an Australian summer. It's also tougher and less brittle, which matters for something you'll peel off and reposition.
Each piece is printed to order and checked before it's packed. Small variations in surface finish are normal and are part of how they're made.
