Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship within Australia only. If you're outside Australia and want a Switch Mate, email us at contact@switchmates.com.au — we're working on it.

Processing time
Every Switch Mate is 3D printed and hand-finished by us in Queensland. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. During market weekends or busy periods this may extend to 4 business days; we'll email you if it does.

Shipping rates
Flat rate $8.95 for any single item, anywhere in Australia.
Free shipping on orders of 2 or more items.

Delivery time
We send via Australia Post. Once dispatched, typical delivery is:
- Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide metro: 2–5 business days
- Perth, Darwin, Hobart and regional areas: 5–10 business days

We're based on an island, so parcels leave via the daily ferry service. Cut-off for same-day lodgement is 11am AEST.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Track it at auspost.com.au.

Delays and lost parcels
Once a parcel is with Australia Post, delivery timeframes are outside our control. If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, email us at contact@switchmates.com.au and we'll lodge an enquiry with Australia Post and sort it out with you.

Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we'll re-send it once you cover the return postage.
